Established in 1975, Grampian is now the fastest growing Housing Association based in the North East of Scotland. For the first eight years, the organisation remained small in terms of staff numbers, employing only three people. However, by 1997, the team had grown to 43 and today we employ over 80 people.

We now provide and manage housing services to almost 3,000 households throughout the North East of Scotland whilst actively promoting community regeneration and related environmental improvements.
