Area Technical Officer:
An Area Technical Officer provides an efficient and effective maintenance service to our clients. They supervise and take control of day-to-day, planned and cyclical maintenance of the Association’s property portfolio including diagnosis of defects and recommending remedial works. Liaison with other staff and residents on proposed works is an important feature of their job together with need to monitor closely the work of contractors. They must ensure that the Association’s statutory requirements are strictly adhered to and performance criteria regularly achieved.
Factoring Services Officer:
The Factoring Services Officer co-ordinates and monitors the Association’s cleaning and gardening services on a day-to-day basis. They must ensure that the Association meets its contractual obligations in providing these services to an agreed standard and that our housing developments are maintained in a safe, clean and tidy condition. The Factoring Services Officer has to ensure that the Association identifies and meets its Health & Safety responsibilities in this area of work. The Officer also assists in the identification of new business activities and marketing of existing services with a view to increasing revenue to the Association.
