Housing Services Officer:

A Housing Services Officer provides a comprehensive and customer-focused estate management service to the Association’s clients. They ensure that tenants keep to the terms of their occupancy agreement and will take action where appropriate, for instance in the case of anti-social behaviour. They are also responsible for marketing properties and liaising with external agencies to achieve the allocation of properties within the Association’s targets. They will actively promote participation by residents and tenants as a means of getting them involved in the communities in which they live.

Sales Co-ordinator:
A Sales Co-ordinator carries out all administrative tasks associated with the Right to Purchase and Shared Ownership (part rent/part mortgage) properties. They are responsible for allocating shared ownership properties, arranging viewings and liaising with the Association’s solicitors regarding dates of entry. They also deal with all buy-back transactions as well as the sale of Low Cost Home Ownership properties under our subsidiary, Kirkgate Holdings. They must keep abreast of current legislation and maintain strict control over legal documentation.
