Kirkgate Holdings (formerly Kirkgate Homes Ltd) was established in 1994 as a subsidiary of Grampian Housing Association. It was formed to extend the range of affordable housing options available to our customers beyond those which Grampian can legally provide, specifically market rent and the development of housing for sale. All management services required by Kirkgate are provided by Grampian Housing Association.
